• Initiated an extract process in B/W at regular intervals, changed the Logical Business date so that the extracted data gets updated into B/W staging areas -- ODS.
• Involved in escalating high-prioritized tickets regarding extractions, Performance Issues and also load failures.
• Analyzed and corrected production support problems as they occur in the SAP BW system.
• Monitoring of Info packages and analyzing the reasons for frequent failures of Info packages.
• Maintaining Reconciliation's to verify the data in SAP R3 and SAP BW are same or not after the data loads.
• Maintaining the queue -- related to the system generated tickets and customer generated tickets.
• To communicate with the customer who posted the Ticket.
• Daily monitoring of Info cubes and ODS object requests.

• Involved in Activating Business Content for Standard Info Cubes, ODS objects, Info Sources and Info Objects of SD module.
• Worked with Info Cubes like Sales Overview, Delivery Services and Info Sources like Sales Order and Delivery.
• Learned how to extract the transaction data by LO-cockpit from R/3 to BW by maintaining the extract structures, maintaining data sources, replicating the data sources into BW.
• Worked on Administration Workbench, customized Info Objects, Info Sources and Info Cube.
• Learned creation of Aggregates to improve system query performance.
• Learned how to work with PSA in monitoring the data transfer from Source System into BW.
